Shipping Costs
All our domestic deliveries are via Australia Post eParcel Service. At checkout three options are available for you to select, they are:
- Standard Post - $11.00
- The most economical option, standard Australia Parcel Post delivery times will apply, please check the Australia Post website for delivery times as they vary between states and territories. In addition, your parcel may be required to be picked up from the local post office if no-one is in attendance at the time of delivery.
- Registered Post - $14.00
- For an additional $3 your parcel will be registered and insured, giving you an assurance that your parcel can be tracked if it is not delivered within the acceptable timeframe. With receipted delivery signature is required at delivery, and your parcel will not be left un-attended.
- Express Post - $20.00
- Fastest delivery option, trackable and includes insurance. 80% of Australian postal destinations will have their parcel delivered the next business day after despatch. Outside of major cities, parcels will be delivered via Australia Post’s fastest transport link, please check the Australia Post website for delivery timeframes.
International Shipping
- We use TNT Express for all international shipments, providing a door to door courier service. Please select shipping quote at check out and our staff will provide a shipment quotation by email. No payment will be processed until you have approved the shipment cost quotation.
