Our policy is to exchange or credit goods when returned in re-saleable condition and accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds are subject to management approval prior to returning the goods.
Cash Refunds are NOT given except for defective or faulty goods which cannot be replaced

All claims for refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. General Goods must be returned within 7 working days.

2. Clothing (unworn, unwashed, free from stains and odour and with all original tags intact) must be returned within 5 working days.

Return postage must be paid by the customer except goods received are damaged or faulty, in which case a replacement product will be shipped to you along with a repaid return eParcel address label.

Deferral / withdrawal policy:

In the event of a deferral from a subject we will be happy to consider an exchange or credit. Original receipt accompanied by proof of withdrawal / deferral must be produced before an exchange/credit will be considered.

Gift Voucher and Credit Note:

Bookshop Gift vouchers (issued for promotional and campus events) and Credit Notes are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue. No responsibility can be taken for notes/vouchers that are misplaced, lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes must be presented at the time of purchase.

Special Orders

Special orders for both non-standard store stock and out of stock items must be accompanied by a minimum of 20% non-refundable deposit, and are subject to the following conditions:

- Prices on items not in stock at the time orders are placed are subect to change due to supplier price variations.

- Out of stock items listed on our website may not reflect current retail prices and there are no guarantee that we can source the items at the displayed prices.

- Stock levels displayed on our website are subject to change

The bookshop reserves the right to hold stock ordered in for a period of 14 days from date of first notification. After this period stock will be released for general sale and deposits paid forfeited.
