Our policy is to exchange or credit goods when returned in mint condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds are NOT given except for defective or faulty goods which cannot be replaced.
Goods must be returned within 10 working days.
A refund for orders placed via the website must first be approved before returning them to the store.
Return postage must be paid by the customer except in the case of receiving damaged or faulty goods, in which case a replacement product will be shipped to you along with a return prepaid postage satchel.
Deferral / withdrawal policy:
In the event of a deferral from a subject we will be happy to consider an exchange or credit. Original receipt accompanied by proof of withdrawal / deferral must be produced before an exchange/credit will be considered.
Bookshop Gift vouchers and Credit Notes are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue. No responsibility can be taken for notes/vouchers that are misplaced, lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes must be presented at the time of purchase.
Special orders (i.e. non-standard store stock) must be accompanied by a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit.
The bookshop reserves the right to hold stock, including special orders for a period of no longer than 28 days from date of first notification. After this period stock will be put out for general sale. A deposit will be forfeited if the special order is not collected, unless the special order is resold or sold on.

Out of stock Personal orders (i.e. items listed on the web site but not actually in stock) are subject to the following condition:
Prices on items not in stock in our shop at the time orders are placed may change due to supplier increases.
Out of stock items listed on our site may be out of date, and there is no guarantee that we can source the item at the displayed price.

Credit Card - Minimum purchase of $2.50 required. We currently accept MasterCard and Visa cards for credit card transactions.
